Well depending on what country your from DMCA probably doesn't apply to you. Some places have international treaties with the US or may have DMCA-like laws of their own, but it's the sort of thing you have to figure out for yourself.

I know Drag, But, I'm creating a media company for the purpose of creating 3D Films, speculating and discussing, I learn a bunch of good things, even when a person call me a complete idiot, either for my english or not.
In general, is better to know not only what will happen in my country, but to know people, aspects of each country, adapt myself and the enterprise that is in project phase to satisfy the laws of another countries too.
There are situations where you are a genius in your country and a "out of the law" in another. Most of you ( even calling me a complete crazy and idiot, helped me a lot to decide how I will act in certain situations ).
If I study the entire DMCA I will never know when the tide changes over the market sea. And it's changing a lot, for example, there is now 30 Million people worldwide using Linux right now and it's growing faster. There is a lot of consumers that can buy if I do a good work.
If, I said If, a person come here offering HDCP or Macrovision to my films for example, I will think in it twice, because the consumers possibly will need other things different than this to buy what I am selling. May it could be the price, or it could be another thing more interestingly for them , who knows, but the market will change more and more.
If I can fit in the laws not only in my country, I can touch other markets as well respecting them all.
I'm listening what people has to say about this, but for sure, I have my opinion for what I saw happening here that works well.

Ohh, and I'm studying english, :) maybe no one calls me again M*****f***er. Huahuahuahauhauhuauhauhuaha. :) Smiles for you too.
