Quit allowing old posts to be kept active

Yes there is a "housing thread" but its old and constantly editted so the original message is lost. It also has too many replies to be usuable. I know its one of the board's heroes but damn its annoying to sort through 200+ replies when a new thread is straight to the POINT AT HAND.

The collective post has all its information organized and dated. There is no need for a new thread for every piece of information that most people really don't care about.
