Quieting the PC

Here's the problem:
I've got 4 fans running in my PC, 1 standard HSF, 1 PCI slot cooler under my VGA card, and 1 Panaflo intake.
After I add that Panaflo, the noise often bother me.
Any suggestions to quiet it down?
