Quietest yet most effective fans?

I have a Coolermaster Centurion case, and the stock fans it came with seem to be fairly loud. I also have an Asus A8N-SLI so that little chipset fan isn't helping much, so I'm thinking I'll switch to the Zalman NB passive cooler. However I want to try replacing the 120mm exhaust fan and 80mm intake fan with something else.. what are some of the quiestest fans I could get?
 
Well for 80mm;
Panaflo 12L (RPM Sensing model) has one of the best CFM😀ba ratios out there.
Also look at the Nexus fans

For 120mm:
The Panaflo Low Speed is fairly nice but not as nice as the 80mm's but still a viable option.
I would recommend Nexus, or Yate loon over the 120mm Panaflo.
