Quietest Clear 120mm fan

I allready know the quietest 120mm fan out there is the noiseblocker, but im looking for a clear 120mm case fan. At least just the blades, since its a front intake and it will be lighted.
I dont care if it comes with leds, if it comes with red ones, great if it comes any other color, ill replace the leds anyway, and if it doenst come with leds, ill put them on.
I know of some fans that seem to have good specs:

Antec:
LED Fan: 70 CFM / 36 dB
SmartCool: 41 CFM / 24 dB

Asaka LED fan:
35.12 CFM / 25.24 dB

I have a hard time believing the specs for the Enermax:
1800RPM: 63.05 CFM / 24.60 dB
2300RPM: 94.92 CFM / 30.10 dB

Does anybody know of any other clear fans out there with good specs. Also if anybody has seen one of those enermaxes in action, do they really reflect the specs?

I want it to be 25 dba or lower.
Than enermax says it can push 63 cfms at 24dba. I have a hard time believing it though
