Quieter solution?

Hi. I've had SK-6 + delta for quite some time now. I was able to bear with the noise until recently when I noticed really how loud it was. It's in my room and my computer is on 24/7... I never thought much of it until last night. I had everything off (except for the computer) and I didn't turn on any music (i usually do). Wow. It's loud. I have a 28cfm sunon fan as well which I use during the winter. However, I was wondering if there is anything quieter. On idle, I get around 45C (around 53c without my a/c on... and it's not on unless I'm in the room). I'm afraid of the heat if I put in my sunon fan. Do you guys have any recommendations for fans(preferably) or heatsinks (cheap ones please) that would make it a lot quieter and keep the same or similar temps? I need to buy a couple case fans anyway (two of them like stopped spinning... and the bearing or something is all rough and it's hard to turn even by hand) and I was wondering what else I should buy to reduce the noise. TIA.

I've tried this before and it didn't cool too well. Maybe I'll try it with a faster fan.
