Quieter replacement for delta 38cfm?

I have the WBK38 on my 1.2ghz tbird and i need a quieter fan for it. This thing is way too loud even though it cools it quite well. I am not overclocking so heat isnt that much of an issue, i also have 2 case fans, one in front one in back, that make the air flow through my case quite nice

What would be a good replacement for the delta black label that doesnt need to cool as well, but would be a TON quieter. Also, is it worth it to go with a 80mm fan on these heatsinks where you get get more CFM for less db? Please make some suggestions, anything would be greatly appreciated.

This is What I did, but there are some adapters hitting the markets. I don't know how well they work. Looks like the block too much air.
