quieter cooling for 4890

I have a 4890 in my current build. Whenever I play a game, and for about a half hour after, or whenever I watch a movie, or do anything video based it sounds like an airplane taking off. It's not broken or anything, it's just a really loud fan. Is there any better cooling method I could use for it??
