Quiet UV Sensitive 80mm Fans?

I have the SVC ones running at 28.3 dB. Those are too loud for me compared to the 26dB ones that they had quite a while ago. They've been out of Stock forever.

Can anyone help me out with a place that might carry these quieter UV Sensitive Fans???

All the clear and LED fans I've purchased have been loud and of cheap build quality. I don't like that at all. I've switched to L1As, often at 6 or 7 volts when just for minor airflow in my computers.

What use is a UV sensitive fan? Why would they make a fan UV sensitive? UV is ultraviolet right?

for looks.

I am building a new PC for my mom, she wants it to look cool with blinking lights adn uv stuff. but I want it quiet as well
