You should be looking at WinXP at least for gaming.

No PC is truly silent unless it's turned off. 😉

Planning on o/c? I have a tuniq tower and it gets my FX60 way past 3.0GHz with the fan on the min setting. 😀
 
That's hideous. PCI blower and quiet are incompatible.

XFI sound card and $44 speakers? De humidifier (please tell me you live in a swamp or something equally amusing)?

What on earth do you plan to do with this machine and can you return the junk you've alreay bought?
