The fan on my ti4200 constantly whirs... pauses for almost second and then whirs away again then repeats. Fan does not sound "normal" as in a constant uninterrupted hum/whir. Does that mean the fan is crapping out on me? If so what is a good silent replacement for the fan (htpc)? Ive was looking at the NV Silencer 1 but Im not too sure now after reading a review on newegg from a guy who has the same card:
