Quiet PSU

Okay, I know this topic has been discussed before (I did searches) but I have a few specific questions that weren't asked/answered before:

Anyone know of/use the TTGI TT-400SS (420W)? Just wondering if its quality and how quiet is it?
Also there is the TTGI TT-350SS (370W) version if you have this one.

On the Antec side, how is the PP352x?

I currently have an Enermax EG365P-VE FC which as we all know now is not "Whisper quiet". So comparisons to this one would be greatly appreciated.

I know that the PC Power And Cooling are the best at being quiet, but damn are they expensive.

I am having good results with the PC Power & Cooling 275 PS and Ahtlon XP1500+. I am afraid to go higher on the CPU, but at this speed things are quiet & fast.

I mentioned this because the 275 Silencer is only $76 compared to the 400 at $169.
