Quiet PSU recommendation

I have narrowed down my PSU search to the following
PC Power & Cooling 510 SLI
Seasonic S12 600W
OCZ Powerstream 600W

I would love to have the quality of the PCP&C but quiet is also very high on the list. For this reason I am leaning to the Seasonic. But I have a couple questions before I make the final decision:
A) How is the quality of the seasonic compared to PCP&C
b) Is there a mod possibility to quiet down the PCP&C 510 and make it similar to the Seasonic in loudness?
Thanks

I have both a 600 watt powerstream and a s-12 600 watt seasonic. The seasonic is very quiet and the powerstream is also quiet,i like the powerstream better myself the cables are sleeved and the voltages do not move rock solid both are great power supplys ocz has a five year warranty which is great.I never had a pcp&c power supply so i cant comment on them but i hear the are rock solid but loud

Seasonic is almost just as good as PCP&C.

I believe PCP&C can put a different fan in their PSU's if you request it when you buy it.

The OCZ is definitely in 3rd place out of those 3, but no slouch. I would take the S12 seeing as you want something somewhat quiet.

Finally, why do you need such a high power PSU, what system is this thing going to be running?

The system will include A8N32SLI, 2 6800GTs, 2 74G raptors in RAID0, 2 7200RPM data drives, 2 optical drives, Audigy 2ZS Platinum, some lights and fans/fan controller. I have not decided on the CPU yet. Overclocking is a possibility in the future.

Is 600W overkill? I was thinking having the headroom for future growth would be good.
