I'm trying to build a quiet computer, and I've read it's possible to keep p4 northwoods pretty quiet and stable. How exacly would i do that? I don't need to overclock or anything, just standard gaming and every day use. Also, how do you drop the voltage down on fans?

If you want to go ultra quite (nearly silent) Get a water cooling kit, but... Its a tad extreme, if your not going to OC.. Heres a link to a great place to get water cooling parts/ kits DangerDen
