I'm trying to build a quiet computer, and I've read it's possible to keep p4 northwoods pretty quiet and stable. How exacly would i do that? I don't need to overclock or anything, just standard gaming and every day use. Also, how do you drop the voltage down on fans?

Also, how do you drop the voltage down on fans?
