Quiet mid-tower?

Any suggestions for a super quiet mid tower case/power supply? I am starting to piece together my new system and want to keep the box as quiet as possible. No overclocking. I think I will buy one of those fanless radeon video cards (le) and a quiet ibm drive. I went looking for cases today but found mostly chincy looking cases with only 250watt power supplies. I like the sturdy look of the Palo Alto cases but they only offer 235 watt power supplies. I saw an antec at Fry's but I saw a lot of ventilation holes on the sides and am worried about noise coming out of the case. Finally, I saw an in-win s500 at pcclub but the back plate where the io/ports are was like aluminum foil. Are there any good cases out there at a reasonable price? Also any suggestions for keeping the noise level down would be appreciated. btw..this forum is great!
