*QUIET* matx power supply wanted

Hi-

I'm building an A/V PC to hook up to my stereo & TV. I plan to use it as an MP3 jukebox, DivX player, and occasional web browser. I want it to be as quiet as possible, given a limited budget. I was wondering if anyone has found a quiet power supply in the microatx format, preferably under $50. I figure 150-200 watts should be plenty. The system specs are below; I'm building this on the cheap from on-hand left-overs. If need be I'll buy any old PSU and replace the fan to make it quiet, but I'm hoping that an off-the-shelf solution already exists. Thanks in advance for any & all help. Again, it's being built mostly from leftovers, so suggestions for power supplies and sound cards only, please...the rest of the stuff is already set.
