Quiet LED or cathode case fans?

Im looking for 80mm silent LED or cathode fans. The only one I found is Thermaltake's Bue Eye.

Does anyone have a recommendation on any others?

I find my Coolermaster LED fans to be very quiet. Another option is to get quiet fans and add something like this. I like mine, nice and bright. And I can turn them off and leave my fans on if I want.

Hmm, those cathode rings look best with a clear fan. If I go this route then the next question is...who makes the most silent clear fan?
