quiet led fans?

are there any quiet led fans out there? i want to throw a 120 for a blowhole but the only ones i can find are these 120's that are 40db. i have a fan controller but i'd rather just have these things quiet so i dont have to adjust them or waste a knob cuz it has to stay where it is. is there anyway too to make my own led fans?
 
yea after i posted this i saw the antec ones. different websites give diff decibles (from 30 to 36). anyone have one of these and can confirm one of the decibles? also, these things are like 23 bux, anyone know a place that sells em cheaper?
