Quiet HSF for Duron / Sempron

I'm going to be building a system based around a 1.67 GHz Sempron. What's a good quiet HSF to use? Back in the day I loved using the Agilent Arcticooler but it's not beefy enough to cool a 1.67 Duron / Sempron, so I'm looking for something similar, I'd like a HSF that's very quiet without being expensive.

I'd spend the extra money on the Zalman. Not only will it cool your processor really nicely, but it also will fit socket 754/939/940 processors as well so you can re-use the Zalman when you upgrade to a A64 rig in the future.
