Quiet HS/Fan for 3200 Venice?

I just upgraded to an AMD64 3200 from an AMD 2500 and so far I love the processor. Only problem is that the stock HS/Fan sounds like I have a damn vacuum running under my desk. What's a good HS/Fan combo that isn't expensive, runs quiet, and can handle some basic overclocking?

Id have to say the Thermalright XP-90. Just the regular one. Many people sell them on these forums for around $20-$25. Very cheap, and extremely good. I have an Overclocked 3200 venice and my temps with a silent fan are still 28C idle. That would be my vote. Like I said. Start a WTB:(Want to buy) thread in the FS/T forum for one. Shouldnt be a problem finding one cheap. I bought one for $15 total shipped and came with a fan.......

Zalmans are pretty quiet, dont go near Tt for cooling or sound, Thermalrights are very nice.

Until very recently i would say XP-120 or XP-90, but now i would highly recommend the Scythe Ninja.

For any other recommendations go to Link

Thermaltake BigTyphoon with a by-the-book application of Arctic Silver 5.

right now I am running 2763mhz (307x9) @ 1.678v

temps: 27idle/44load (10+hrs StressPrime2004) :)

it is virtually silent (~16db) and helps to cool RAM and mosfets as well

I don't recommend 7700, I have one and it rattles - other user has reported the same thing
I even sent an email to Zalman, but I never heard anything back.

Are you sure it's the CPU HSF? Stock AMD HSF are pretty good.
In my case, it was the GPU HSF & Northbridge HSF that sounded like a vac.
