Quiet Hours on Stock GNex 4.2.2?

My wife's phone is stock 4.2.2. I can not find any settings to set up quiet hours. Anyone?

I have mine rooted running the slimbean rom and am able to set my quiet hours from the phone settings.

I'm getting tired of the blinking notification light and the random vibrating in the middle of the night when emails and crap come in from my wife's phone. My phone - nice and quiet with no blinking.

I'm pretty sure quiet hours is not a part of the stock rom. Try silent hours:

try a program called Shush!

CyanogenMod has quiet hours built into the system. It turns off all notification lights, sounds, and tactile feedback from 11pm till 7am.

I use Light Flow, mostly to change led colors but it also lets me quiet things.
