quiet/heatsink video card?

Can any1 recommend a quiet or heatsinked instead of fan powered video card? I look into the SAPPHIRE
Ultimate series, they are very quiet , but expensive too, any other choices below $180? TIA

Just about all RADEON 9600 non-pro cards (~$100, usually) are fanless. Those are the fastest 'stock' cards (other than the more expensive 'Ultimate Edition' ones) that come equipped with just a heatsink. Just be sure not to get a 9600SE, which is crippled beyond belief.
