Quiet Heatsink 4 my Prescott 2.4Ghz

Anyone have any suggestions for a new heatsink concerning my 2.4Ghz Prescott?? I need a stealth quiet one. Price is no object. Thanks !

Thermalright SP94/SLK9xx or a Swiftech MCX478-V mated with any low speed fan (Panaflo, SilenX, Nexus, Papst, etc.)

The Zalman 7000Cu/Alcu are highly recommended as well.
