quiet, good air flow and cheap 140 fan

Do these things exist in a 140 fan?
I have been looking for some but it seems that none of these apply to 140's.
you can find tons of 120's like this but 140's I guess are not that widely used.

I think the main selling feature of the 140's is led's 🙂
 
Guess it depends on what you mean by cheap.....sub 5 dollar range like the yate loon 120mm, no probably not.

I've heard some really good things about the noiseblocker series of fans (pro), but unfortunately they aren't in the cheap category by any stretch. There are a couple around the 10 dollar mark at Frozen CPU that might fit the bill though.
