i have a xp2500 overclocked with my fbs set to 204 and it is running stable. but i think i should be getting better temps. As of now im at 46 idle and 56-57 under load. i currently have a coolermaster aero 7+ im thinking of just changing the fan only. Any suggestions on what a good fan replacement would be ? should i look for a 80mm or a 92 mm and i want something rather quiet and and runs at high rpms and must have a speed control.. thnx for any suggestions.

You want to have your cake and eat it too eh? Don't we all :). Well for starters, use the largest fan you can. Bigger fans have better cooling/noise ratios plain and simple. I don't really know of many after-market fans that come with a fan controller, you're probably better off getting a drive-bay mountable fanbus and a highspeed 92mm. Is money an issue?
