Hi, I have been using the vantec CCK-6035D purchased from plycon that comes with a 60mm delta fan that is extremely loud and I am about to nuts sitting next to this thing. I am currently running 35deg idle 39 full load and pleased w/ the HSF's preformance, but I would rather be able to use my computer and not go deaf...I was wondering what you people thought the best and most quiet 60mm fan for this heatsink is, or at least several highly rated ones for me to pick from :) I am heard about panaflo, thermaltake ect, and I am not sure what one is best.

Thanks

Themaltake and Panaflo for 60mm? They stink! :p Seriously though Panaflos aren't so good at 60mm, and Thermaltake(Evercool) those fans break down more then any other fan out there.
The Vantec 6035D by design works best with a very strong fan, too pull through those tight fins and for being copper doesn't radiate so well, so again needs a stronger fan.
You could back down too a YS tech 26cfm but alot of ppl don't find that much of a difference. A high presure Sanyo Denki H speed wouldn't be too bad as long as your not overclocking, your temps might be a little high but probably within safe range about 50c. OR you could consider a different HS all together that works better with a quiet/slower fan, like soemthing not copper finned.
