What is a quiet fan that would still push enough air to keep a highly OC cpu cool?

currently on the hot deal thread the following are suggested:

Zalman 53CFM @ 36 dB (or 38 CFM @ 20 dB)
Panaflo M1A 48 CFM @ 30 dB
Panaflo L1A 24 CFM @ 21dB
Panaflo 12M 48 CFM @ 30 Db

Tornado used with a fan controller would provide greater range in CFM, but you would need to get a fan controller to bring the sound to silent

I am leaning torwards a fan controller and get a fan with a wider range, also i would prefer something like UV or LED as well...I am looking to add some eye candy to my case.

I use a 36 cfm TMD fan (32 dBa but sounds quieter) with my SLK800 on an XP2100+ running @ 2167 MHz (XP2700+). Works great in that combination. I think the lack of the large center hub helps to push more air where it needs to go. I replaced a panflo H1A @ 39 cfm with the TMD and actually saw a 2-3 C drop in temps, even though it is rated slightly lower cfm.

I picked up a YS TECH adjustable and mounted the control on a drive bay cover. I get good cooling when needed and no noise when needed. :)
