I'm looking for a socket378 cpu sink/fan that is designed to be QUIET, and preferably under $30. Any recommendations?
 
look for zalman 7000, "AlCu" (aluminium+copper) or "Cu" (copper); or Thermalright SLK-900
no idea how much it costs in USD$ though, too much? SLK-900 would also need a fan such as panaflo L1A
