Quiet Cooling Solution

I am thinking about using some old components for to set up an HTPC but it needs to be very quiet or the wife will never accept, soooooo....
thinking about using one of these two cases Kingwin Supernova HTPC Aluminum mATX Case or SilverStone Lascala SST-LC17-B.
I have an AMD 3500+ 939 cpu and looking for effective but very quiet operation, also have an ATI x800 video card for it, looking for quiet and a quiet power supply.

anyone have any suggestions?
 
SilverStone, Lian Li or Zalman HTPC case.

Seasonic S12 330-380 watt PSU.

Zalman 7000 or 7700 series for the CPU.

And a Zalman VF-700 for the X800.
