Quiet Cooling setup for Elite 341 Case w/Athlon II X4?

System specs:

Athlon II X4 640 @ 3 GHz stock (Plan to overclock)
MSI 785GM-P45 motherboard
WD 500GB 7200 RM SATA Hard Drive
2x4GB RAM
ATI 4850
CM Hyper 212+ Cooler
CM Elite 341 micro-ATX case (swapped w/Rubber case feet)
Corsair VX450 PSU

I currently have two of these 1200 RPM Cooler Master fans installed in the case, one LED, one without LED. One is set as intake in the lower front, the other is set as exhaust in the back. My motherboard only has one 3-pin connector, so I am using a 3-pin Y cable to connect the two fans to the motherboard header.

There is also the stock CM fan that comes with the Hyper 212+ and the 120mm fan on the Corsair PSU.

I'm trying to keep my system as quiet as possible while still providing enough cooling to maintain a reasonable overclock (~3.6 GHz). Would the 1200 RPM CM fans that I currently have installed be a good choice? Is there anything I should watch out for as far as configuring the cooling setup?

I also have the Elite 341, with an i7-875k + hyper212+ (pics later!)

I only have the stock fan that's exhaust, and the fan that came w/ the hyper212+. seems pretty reasonable. just check out your temps, they shouldn't go so far high esp. w/ the hyper212+

Thanks. I was thinking of doing something similar to that, except with an additional 120mm as intake.

Just tested my parts today out of the case and the CPU/mobo will boot into BIOS at 4 GHz (267 FSB) with a bit of added voltage. Hopefully that's a good sign of things to come as far as overclocking goes.

Yeah, the top of the 212+ is close, but not touching the side panel when its on.

I have 3 of the same 120mm fan, I should probably stick it on as intake too! (was going to put it as exhaust on the 212+, but 3 x 120mm fans in that area would hae been overkill)
