I need to know what HS/Fan combo I should buy that cools pretty good and is quiet. I have a GlobalWIn FOP 38 with some loud a$$ fan on it now and I would like something quieter. I have a PIII 700 running at 1015 with 1.75V.
 
I think for a PIII 700 a FOP38 is a bit overkill!
