Quiet Cooling for 7800GT

What's a good, quiet aftermarket cooling solution for a 7800GT (PCIe) in an inverted case? I'm leaning towards the Zalman VF700-AlCu. I've read elsewhere in these forums not to use NV Silencer 5 in an inverted case. Are there other choices? I won't be overclocking; quiet is more important.

nv silencer 5 is reported to be louder but its still pretty quiet also it dumps the head outside of the case improving overall cooling.
 
Can the NV Silencer 5 be used inverted? That's the only reason I haven't yet bought the Zalman. I'm not sure it's good to use upside down.
