Quiet, Cool, Cheap Fan?

I'm looking for the quietest, least expensive fan out there. Any suggestions? Thanks.

HSF? 60MM? 80mm?
case fan? 80mm? 92mm? 120mm?


nexfan.com for hsf. and some low cost 80mm case fan ($1, $2). okay sound.
excess-solution for case fan ($4 for almost all size from 80 to 120mm !) cheap but mine the sound, may have to do a 7v mod to run them with 7v instead of 12v.
check the dbA or current (the lower the 'A', the lower the speed and hence most like the noise)
if quiet and not volume you want for 80mm, the panaflow can not be beat. they are sell for $3-$5 in some site.

shipping will cost you if you only buy one or 2 product.

check out case-mod.com. They have the NMB 25cfm@22dba fans for 2 bucks each. Shipping is like 4.75 for 4 fans, or only 1.65 for 1 fan.

I suggest 5-volting this Evercool fan. If you want a bit more CFM, you could 7-volt it. Specwise, this is a good one to undervolt.
