QUIET chipset heatsink/fan...?

I'd like to shut my computer up a little bit. Does anybody have any recommendations for a chipset heatsink/fan that is quiet? It would be preferable if it's availble in Canada, but I might consider ordering from the states. I'll be overclocking the FSB on my IC7 to 250MHz, so it should be a well performing heatsink/fan combination, but the main thing I'm looking for is low noise.

Edit - In case anybody is confused by what I mean (highly doubt it though), I need a northbridge chipset heatsink/fan.

Yeah, except that I said that I would be overclocking the FSB from 200MHz to 250MHz.

Damn guys, someone else that wants to overclock the sh*t out of his computer, but without fans. Sxft, why don't you just unplug the fan for the NB, and see what happens when you overclock it?:D

40mm fans don't make much noise, and if 35dba is too noisey for your tastes just unplug the computer and read a book.

Haha! Hey, there is some guy around here that runs his IC7 at 275 with a passive NB heatsink. He's even got a link to the heatsink, which is huge, but only costs $5. Maybe he'll come by in a few hours, so we can stop ragging you.:D

I'm not looking to overclock the northbridge chipset without a fan, I'm looking to overclock it with a fan that isn't noisy. Anything that's 20-30 dBa is good enough for me.

I run 255 FSB with a passive Zalman NB HS on an IC7. My rig is almost silent. Check system rigs for more info.

Hey, I don't need to reply to this 3 times, do I?;) Okay, then that's no problem whatsoever. Link to what you need.

Aha, it's Insane3d, Batman.:D He posted a picture of it on this thread here. I'm sure if you'll PM him, he will give you the link to where he got his passive heatsink for $5.
