Anyone know where to find one? I think mine is the culprit behind all the noise on my comp :(

How would I go about changing the fan on my psu to an NMB fan I ordered? Is it hard? or do I just take the case off the psu and it's the same as installing regularly?

Unplug the PSU and remove the cover, and be careful not to touch anything more than what you have to. The PSU can still hold power inside once turned off. Unplug the stock fan and remove it. You should be able to swap fan connectors using a small flat screwdriver to get the pins out. Make sure you don't mix up the wires. Then put the new fan in.

Make sure your PSU doesn't get too hot though, as the NMB case fans have pretty low airflow, and you don't want your PSU getting excessively hot.

doh, turns out it's my darn WD hard drive instead causing all the noise. Looking to buy a baracuda off a guy in the FS/T forums.

I believe the WD are notorious for a whining noise or something like that, I can't remember, I don't own any

WDs are notorious for developing a noise with their bearings. A squeal and a whine. Seagates use fluid bearings that shouldn't develop this.

It is very easy to change PSU fans. Just do what Lynx01 said. If the PSU fan does not have a connector you are going to have to cut the wires going to the fan and solder the new fan wires in there.

I have a barracuda and I'll probably never buy anything louder again.
Changing a PSU fan is very easy, but it is also very easy to touch a capacitor and get shocked if you don't know what you are doing.
Make sure you don't touch anything. Be afraid.
