Quiet/cheap 120mm fans?

Or are quiet and cheap mutually exclusive? :)

Okay so this isn't technically for PCs, but it is for cooling. I have a receiver in my stereo system rack that seems to get pretty warm, and I'm thinking of installing a 120mm fan in the back of the rack to vent it out. I don't know that whisper quiet is absolutely necessary, but since the point is to be able to listen to music, obviously the fan shouldn't be too loud. Also, should I just get a 120VAC fan and just run it off household current or get a 12VDC fan and a transformer? Any suggestions?

No they're not. Specs (including physical size - these are 25mm thick, real Panaflos are 38mm thick) are wrong for them to be Panaflos. I think PCMods may be trying to misrepresent these just a tiny little bit by referring to them as "Renowned Hydro-Wave Bearing Technology" and keeping the label hidden.
