What case has both quietness and cooling? Meaning that the case has like 4 fans and is still quiet. This question does not include cases that only have 1 fan.
 
Check out the Antec sx830 and sx1030, also the Fong Kai FK320 in the $100 range. If you are willing to spend more, check out Addtronics, Supermicro, Lite-on, Chenbro. Use the search function on this forum and others. The Anandtech forums engine seems to work not so well after the recent changes, maybe it's just me...

Noise is largely a function of fan selection/airflow restriction- none of it matters much if you just gotta have that screaming high output 60mm cpu cooler fan.....
 
I've got the Antec SX830, great case. You can't go wrong with it. Comes with 2 fans, but, room for 4.
