quiet case with covered power button?

I have the original P180 and want something similar.

I'm looking to get a case with the following requirements:

1) quiet & cool
2) front usb 3.0 from mb header.
3) covered power button (my young kids love to push buttons)
4) prefer no fans on top of case (again kids love to stick things in the top openings)
5) I'm always looking for value, would prefer < $150
6) conservative looks

I really like the 550D, except for the accessible power button.

components in case will be 4 HD, 1 ssd, radeon 6970, 3570k. gigabyte udh3.

Do you use windows? You can set the power button to do nothing if pressed. Pressing and holding for 3~ seconds will force shut down of course.

Another option is to Disable the power button and route a simple switch to the back of your box.
