Quiet case for a stock i7 860 and 5870?

Even with the six fans on low my Antec 1200 is starting to seem loud to me.

I want something with enough cooling to keep things in check at stock settings, but it doesn't need to be absolutely silent.

Would the Cooler Master Storm Sniper be quieter with it's low speed 200mm fans? Or do I need to switch to a "non-gamer" case with onle one or two fans?

I built a rig for my wife using an Antec Solo (got a deal on it w/PSU) & it's VERY quiet. 120mm fan in front & rear (stock).
Running an e6300 w/Xigmatech hsf, 7900GT, single hdd.
VERY quiet!
I have (had) a Sniper...much louder than the Solo...even when turned down all the way.

Hmm. I assumed the Sniper would be quiet on low since the fans are large and low rpm.

It's quieter (excuse my poor grammar, but I wasn't any good in english), but not near as quiet as the Solo. It's (the Sniper) even louder than my LL & it has six total 120mm fans running in it!
If you want a Sniper really bad, though, i'll sell you the one I was using. 😉

Build a Water cooling rig. Get a 120.3 rad, and put the fans on low. Temps won't be amazing, but it should be just fine for you and give you a decent amount of room to overclock. Should be <$200 as well.
