Quiet ATI 8500

The loudest thing in my rig is the 8500. Any idea how to reduse noise?

i unplugged the fans on all my AIW radeon and Radeon cards. They never had any problem. I guess you can get a PCI slot cooler and blow on the video card, and unplug 8500's fan.
