I currently have an antec NSK 4400 and am looking for a case that is as quiet or more quiet (quiet is a big concern to me) which can be cool enough for my overclocking. Unless my current case is fine to keep?

I want the case to be able to cool well too because I plan to overclock.

setup coming in the mail and oc goal:

i7 875k @ 4.5GHz
Asus P7P55D-E Pro
Noctua NH-D14
gtx 460
8gb 1600 mhz
320gb sata
120gb ssd
7.1 sound card
850TX cosair 140mm fan psu

cases that I have been looking at: Antec P182 and Antec P183

even better if I can keep my current case

You can keep your current case just fine. A couple thoughts...

1) Your goal is pretty high for a quad, so don't complain too much if you don't hit it. Even if others have hit the exact same speed, know that you hear about it mostly because anyone able to hit those speeds love to brag about it and most do not hit those speeds. Also, some who do hit those speeds may or may not be completely 24/7 stable, or may be using really noisy or really expensive cooling.

2) Speaking of cooling, if you want those overclocks and you want quiet, be prepared to go liquid cooling.

3) PSU is overkill by a good 300W at least.

4) There are a lot of fansinks being used on GTX 460 cards, and some are quieter than others so start reading reviews. Generally speaking (but not always) the ones with a fan in the middle or two fans are quieter than ones with a blower fan at the end of the card.

5) Liquid cooling can also make the graphics card quieter.

6) The big limitation of your case is the 80mm fan intake, meaning your fans have to work harder.

How quiet is quiet for you? If you tame your OC aspirations you can have a reasonably quiet system in your case. If you really, really, really want to hit giant OCs, then either liquid cool, go to a better case or do both.

Your current case and the other two selected are small and restrict air flow. The fan sizes to keep cool are not large enough.

For nearly the same shape, color accents with a little flair, and better air cooling for the case to breath try this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811112304

Really quiet in your price range would be a CoolerMaster ... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119207

If you plan on liquid, then the most flexible case in your price range and options is the Corsair 600T http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811139003

Good flow with free shipping ... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119194

If you are a real Antec fan, why not get the 900 in black ATX mid-tower with all of the benefits to keep cool and at a great price of $109. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129021 Then later add water-cooling if you really need it.
