quiet and CHEAP hsf for duron900?

What is a CHEAP and QUIET heatsink/fan that is adequate for a Duron 900mhz. I would like to overclock but it's not a must.

I just found a ThermoEngine V60-4210 at a local pc shop for $16., fairly quiet and rated very good for cooling.

I definitely say this is the best bet for a duron and it's dirt cheap.. I own and have installed several with Durons up to 1000 without any probs.. not for overclocking tho..

SVC CBG38 Copper Cooler -- 14 + ship Link -- it's a copper cooler and its cheap.. what more do you need?

yeah, my boss has the Thermoengine and he loves it. Its very well designed.
