Quiet 80mm fan that can take care 350W PSU

Thanks for all of your help in my last post 🙂 I decided to mod my Channel Well PSU with quieter fan.

Now, I face which fan I should choose. Right now, it seems like my comp is using not much power from PSU. The wind comes out from the back of PSU is actually cool (it's 12:53 P.M, and the room temp is just normal to live), so lower CFM fan can take care well.

So, which one should I use with? Silence is the most important thing. Please recommend me what fan will be good.

I 've had a 21db/24cfm Panaflo in my ChannelWell 420w psu for 6+ months and it remains cool to the thouch even when it's under 100% load,77F in my house, and 100+ outside.
