quiet 80mm fan 3.5" and 5.52" covers

i need 2 of these, any price, somethignb along lines of yate loon (i have 120mm orange version)

maybe slot covers or something to help get more air in and looks good too, any thoughts?

i am looking to put one on double side tape under my HD and one inside this:

basically i don't use my 3.5" slot and my hd is in unused 5.35" bay and will have zalman heatpipe cooler on my hd, so the fan under it will provide additional silent cooling and pci slot fan will blow air to nv silncer for extra cooling
 
i think i'll go with dioblotek one, since i can vouce that the fan i will get separetly will be quiet, anythign liek the 5.35" bay thign but for 3.5"?
