Where can I find one? Around 20dB or at least the low 20's? I don't care much about airflow... i'd be fine with something around 15CFM.
And preferrably a place that will ship to Canada w/ money orders.

edit: seems I found some 13CFM 16.1dBa 60x25mm fans. I just emailed them..hope they ship to Canada. nice and quiet 🙂
 
Check this site out: Teamawe. They sell only Panaflo fans which are extremely quiet for the amount of air they move. The 60mm one is 24dBA @ 14.1 CFM for $11.00 US (3-pin). I'm pretty sure that they would ship to Canada. I haven't bought anything from them yet so I can't tell you for sure (I'm Canadian as well).
