Quicktime

Might not be just the right section, but I hope anyone can help me out. Simple question though: I have a Olympus digital camera, capable of making Quicktime movies. Great feature, but the movies are so dman heavy. At least 4 Mb for 15 seconds even without sounds.
My question is: How do I decrease the size so I can publish it on web pages and if it's wise to convert it into ie. AVI, what's a good program, that doesn't affect the quality?

Cheers!

I've heard that Quicktime Pro will convert to AVI but I've never used it so I'm not sure (cost $40+ if i'm not mistaken), and that's just too much for me to be able to convert from one format. I'm gonna go look around some though; if I find anything I'll let you know.

Please do so. The AVI option in Quicktime which I do have, doesn't do a lot of good to quality.
Cheers!😀

Virtual dub is a good program that would convert video clips. I am at work at the moment so I don't have the link with me. Probably someone would point you to the right site.
