Quicktime problem.. video and sound dont sync!

I was using Quicktime 6.4 that came with iTunes.. and this problem cropped up.. the sound is like a second earlier than the video. No big deal. So I uninstalled it, and put in Quicktime Alternative.. but still the same problem crops up.

Any ideas? It's driving me nuts.
