Quickie question about seti/prime95

Can I play games and such while these are running? Or, should I disable them...?

Also, should I only run one at at time, or can I just leave them on?

yep, you can play games just fine with seti and other DC projects running. i play cstrike all the time with seti on.

you should probably only run one at once. seti isn't set to the lowest priority so it will still get the vast majority of cpu time.
 
but running seti and whatnot doesnt degrade game performance, right?

I dont think it would matter much (for me) in CS...but in like Tribes 2, i seem to need all the CPU power i can get 🙂

On some machines I have noticed that SETI causes occasinal pausing in games,it seems to vary .I don't why it effects some & not others!😕.I turn it off myself.Why not just try it & see?
I wouldn't bother running SETI & Prime together btw.
