so what is the idea behind this type of "magic", changing clothes in the blink of an eye does anyone have any idea on how they did it?

i think the dress can be folded at various seems to make the change. She is wearing one dress, but it has many "layers." She can do it super fast though!

You would never notice it if you weren't looking for it, but when she puts that purple thing around her, you can actually see the purple dress fall down over her old one as the guy puts his hand behind her. That's the only one I can see.
Still though, it's amazing how they do the act so flawlessly. I can hardly see it when I am being told where the mistake is.
