If you need Quickbooks, this is an excellent deal, even at $130. I bought it (QB Pro 2005) a year ago, and the best I could do was on eb*y at close to $200.

Fry's got me for express shipping when I did not need it. Charged me tax in OH too? Still a good price.

Do NOT buy the simple start version. It is severely crippled and you cannot import into another version. You cannot number account and do many othe things, including payroll. Again do NOT buy that version.
